Panini Donruss Elite emerged during the final years of the company's NFL license, establishing itself as a premium brand focused on dynamic rookie and star player designs. The 2022 release captured a transitional moment in the hobby, arriving as Panini's time with the NFL wound down. Full Throttle parallels, particularly the pink variants, became sought-after chase cards for their bold coloring and limited availability among serious collectors. Josh Allen's continued excellence with the Buffalo Bills made him a central figure in contemporary football card collecting. This pink parallel showcases Allen at the height of his powers as one of the league's most exciting dual-threat quarterbacks. Collectors appreciate Allen cards from this era for their cultural significance and as snapshots of a quarterback redefining his position during his prime years.
