Secret Wonders arrived in 2007 as one of the final Diamond & Pearl-era sets, representing a period when Pokemon TCG maintained strong collector interest through accessible artwork and solid gameplay mechanics. The set's reverse holos remain popular with players and collectors who appreciate this era's aesthetic direction and the set's balanced card pool. Secret Wonders occupies a comfortable place in early 2000s nostalgia, valued by those building comprehensive collections from the format's middle years. Raticate's reverse holo treatment transforms the card with its characteristic shimmering pattern, emphasizing the artwork's details in a way that appeals to visual collectors. As an evolution of the iconic Rattata line, Raticate continues to draw interest from players of all generations. The reverse holo format makes this particular version especially attractive for those seeking elevated presentations of familiar Pokemon.
