Shining Fates arrived in early 2021 as a celebratory set honoring Pokémon Sword and Shield's Expansion Pass content. The Shiny Vault subset became iconic for delivering full-art shiny variants of beloved Pokémon in a single set, creating an accessible entry point for collectors chasing rainbow rares during the height of the modern TCG boom. This era defined contemporary collecting culture and remains fondly remembered by players and investors alike. Galarian Zigzagoon's shiny form presents a striking departure from its standard appearance, with its distinctive striping rendered in vivid color shifts. Collectors appreciate this card for capturing the Galarian regional variant's unique charm while celebrating the visual spectacle that shiny Pokémon bring to the hobby. It remains a popular pick for both casual fans and serious Shiny Vault enthusiasts.
