Brilliant Stars arrived in early 2022 as one of Pokemon TCG's most celebrated modern sets, featuring the Sinnoh region's beloved starters and striking cosmos holographic treatments. Released during peak collecting interest, the set became instantly iconic for its innovative special holos and competitive-grade cardstock, representing a high point in the modern era's design execution and production quality. Empoleon commands attention as one of the set's marquee Pokemon, rendered in elegant detail against the cosmos pattern. This penguin's regal presence and the visually striking holo treatment make it a centerpiece for both collectors drawn to Sinnoh nostalgia and those seeking standout modern artwork.
