The Sun & Moon era marked a significant shift in Pokémon TCG design, introducing a fresh visual direction and the powerful GX mechanic that defined competitive play for years. Black Star Promos were coveted distribution cards, often tied to special products and championships, making them highly sought by collectors eager to complete their collections beyond standard booster releases. Raichu GX's full art treatment showcases the electric-type evolution in dynamic detail, capturing the appeal of premium promotional cards from this period. Collectors value Full Art variants for their aesthetic impact and rarity compared to standard printings, particularly when representing iconic Pokémon like Raichu that resonate across generations of fans.
