Shining Fates arrived in early 2021 as a special set celebrating the Galar region with premium production and alternate art treatments. Released during peak pandemic collecting, it became one of the era's most sought-after modern releases, memorable for its constellation-themed reverse holos and chase cards that captured collector enthusiasm at a crucial moment in the hobby's explosive growth. Cramorant V showcases this water-type Pokémon in dynamic mid-dive composition, capturing the character's distinctive predatory nature. As a Pokémon V card, it holds significant playability alongside collector appeal, making it desirable across both competitive and artistic circles. The full-art treatment is characteristic of what drew collectors to Shining Fates.
