Evolving Skies arrived in August 2021 as one of the most celebrated sets in modern Pokémon TCG history. The set introduced stunning full-art and alternate-art cards that redefined what collectors pursued, shifting focus beyond base rares to chase special treatments and premium finishes. The Cosmos Holo exclusive cards became particularly coveted within this era, representing the technical innovations and artistic ambitions that defined early-2020s collecting. Regieleki, the legendary Pokémon introduced in Sword and Shield, appears here with the distinctive Cosmos Holo treatment—a premium finish that transforms the card's visual presence. Collectors are drawn to legendary Pokémon cards with special treatments, and this version exemplifies the crossover appeal between players seeking powerful cards and collectors attracted to artistic presentation and rarity.
