# Card Notes The Pokémon Pokedex 3 Sticker Flash Editorial series represents a fascinating intersection of international Pokémon collecting and regional market experimentation. Released in 2024, this Peru Edition sticker collection reflects the hobby's global expansion, where localized products offer unique takes on beloved properties. The cracked ice foil treatment, a premium finish choice, elevates these stickers beyond typical collectibles and appeals to graders and serious enthusiasts who appreciate specialized production techniques. This Terapagos and Pikachu combination captures two generations of Pokémon iconography—pairing the legendary recent-era Terapagos with the franchise's timeless mascot. Collectors are drawn to regional variants like the Peru Edition for their scarcity and the way they document Pokémon's cultural reach. The artistic presentation of these two creatures on a single sticker appeals to both nostalgic collectors and those pursuing comprehensive regional sets.
