# Card Notes The Pokemon Collectoons Christmas Cards represent a unique regional release from Peru in 2024, capturing the modern collector's appetite for localized and limited printings. These festive cards blend holiday theming with Pokemon favorites, offering something distinctly different from mainstream English and Japanese distributions. Regional variants like these have become increasingly sought after as the hobby matures and collectors develop deeper appreciation for global releases and cultural variations. Alolan Dugtrio brings tropical flair to the holiday season, its metallic forms and graceful poses lending themselves well to seasonal artwork. Collectors gravitate toward Alolan forms for their visual distinctiveness compared to their Kanto counterparts, and the intersection of holiday aesthetics with this beloved variant creates genuine appeal for both Pokemon enthusiasts and card art appreciators.
