Leaf Draft All-American arrived during the early 2020s as an independent alternative to mainstream football releases. The set focused on showcasing college prospects in their final season before the NFL Draft, capturing players at a pivotal moment in their careers. For collectors seeking pre-draft memorabilia outside the major card manufacturers, this release offered an accessible entry point into prospect collecting. Jordan Love's inclusion here documents him as a prospect heading into the 2020 NFL Draft class. The set's emphasis on collegiate All-American performers made it particularly appealing to those following elite college football talent. Love's eventual path to the NFL keeps early prospect cards like this relevant to collectors tracking quarterback legacies.
