Terastal Fest ex marked a pivotal moment in Japanese Pokémon TCG history, introducing the Terastal mechanic that fundamentally shifted competitive strategy and deck-building. Released in 2024, this set represented the evolution of the ex format, blending classic mechanics with fresh gameplay possibilities. The reverse holo treatment became increasingly sought after during this era, offering collectors an alternative aesthetic to traditional full arts and secret rares. Roaring Moon captures the dramatic essence of this Paradox Pokémon, its artwork conveying the wild, untamed nature that defines the species. The reverse holo finish adds dimensional appeal, making the card particularly attractive to those who appreciate the interplay between illustration and card stock treatment. Its presence in Terastal Fest ex ensures continued collector interest as the format matures.
