Released in 2024, this set exemplifies the modern era's focus on alternative art treatments and premium collectibility, continuing a trend that has elevated card illustrations to fine art status. Japanese releases like this one maintain a devoted global collector base, often commanding attention before their international counterparts arrive. Okidogi, a Pokémon from the Scarlet and Violet generation, appears here as an Art Rare—a designation reserved for standout illustrations that capture the character with exceptional detail and creativity.
