Surging Sparks arrived in late 2024 as a major expansion featuring full art cards and fresh competitive mechanics. The set represented Pokemon's continued momentum in the modern era, delivering sought-after artwork variants alongside playable tournament staples. Full art cards like this one became centerpieces of the set, appealing equally to competitive players and visual collectors. Alolan Exeggutor ex captures the towering tropical form introduced in Generation Seven, rendered in lush, detailed illustration. The full art treatment showcases the peculiar charm of this regional variant—its impossibly long neck and coconut heads rendered with vibrant color and dynamic composition. Collectors value both the artistic interpretation and the character's unique appeal within Pokemon's expanding regional mythology.
