Panini Donruss Optic emerged as one of the flagship modern releases during the final years of Panini's NFL license. The 2024 edition captures a pivotal moment—the last hurrah before Fanatics took over card production in 2025. Optic's signature holographic technology and bold design aesthetic made it a collector favorite, and rookie cards from this final Panini era carry historical significance as the last traditional NFL cards before the format shifted entirely. Drake Maye's My House! insert represents the kind of premium, eye-catching rookie card that defines chase sets. The dynamic artwork and special designation make it a centerpiece for Maye collectors building their core rookie collection. As the Patriot's first-round pick and the future face of the franchise, his cards from this transitional period appeal to both Maye enthusiasts and those seeking pieces of Panini's final NFL chapter.
