Panini Select: Courtside represented one of the final flagship releases from Panini before losing the NBA license to Fanatics. Released in 2023, the set captured a transitional moment in basketball card collecting, blending traditional design sensibilities with modern prismatic technology. Silver Prizm parallels became particularly sought-after during this era, offering visual appeal and relative accessibility compared to deeper color variants. Cam Whitmore's rookie card from this set draws interest from collectors building young prospect portfolios and those focusing on the 2023 draft class. The Silver Prizm treatment enhances the card's visual presence on the secondary market, making it a natural entry point for fans following his NBA trajectory.
