Panini Select Mezzanine Level represents the premium tier of 2023 Select football, offering collectors elevated design and production quality during Panini's final year as the NFL's primary card manufacturer. The Mezzanine Level line balanced accessibility with luxury, while the Green Shock Prizm parallels became particularly sought after for their striking visual impact and relative scarcity compared to base versions. Julian Phillips arrived in the 2023 draft class as a prospect carrying significant expectations, and his rookie cards captured collector interest during a pivotal moment in the hobby. This Prizm parallel displays the vibrant green refraction that defines the series, making it an appealing entry point for those building early career collections of promising young talent.
