Silver Tempest concluded the Sword & Shield era in late 2022, arriving during a period of renewed collecting enthusiasm. The set built on the success of Lost Origin while introducing fresh Pokémon and trainer cards. As one of the final modern releases before the Scarlet & Violet transition, Silver Tempest captured collector interest both for its accessible pull rates and its full art illustrations, which showcased the series' artistic depth during this transitional moment. Friends in Galar is a character-focused full art that brings together trainers and their Pokémon in a moment of camaraderie. The illustration's appeal lies in its warm, narrative composition—capturing the bonds central to the Pokémon universe. Collectors pursue these full art supporter cards for their artistic merit and their role as character studies within the hobby.
