Paldean Fates arrived in late 2024 as a special set focused on Shiny Pokémon, capturing collector enthusiasm for rare and alternate-art cards. This era of Pokémon TCG emphasized premium treatments and nostalgia, with sets designed to celebrate beloved creatures through eye-catching visual presentations.
