The Terastal Fest ex set represents a significant moment in Japanese Pokémon TCG history, arriving during the Scarlet and Violet era when Tera types dominated competitive play. Released in 2024, this set captured the excitement of the newest generation mechanics in reverse holo form, offering collectors alternative artwork treatments that became increasingly sought after as the hobby matured beyond traditional displays. Crispin, a character from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, appears here as a trainer card that bridges the games and card game worlds. Collectors appreciate character cards for their connection to the broader Pokémon universe, and reverse holos of trainer cards hold special appeal for those building thematic collections or appreciating the dimensional sparkle effect across the full card surface.
