Card Notes
The Card.Fun Disney 100 Merry Christmas QR set arrived in 2023 as part of the broader Disney Centennial celebration, blending nostalgia with modern collecting trends. These cards featured QR codes linking to digital content, representing the hobby's evolution toward hybrid physical-digital experiences. The set captured a specific moment when licensed Disney cards gained traction among collectors seeking character-focused releases outside traditional sports cardboard. This card features Daisy Duck in festive holiday attire, bringing warmth to the Christmas-themed subset. Collectors are drawn to Daisy cards for her charm and relative scarcity compared to Mickey or Donald, making character-specific pulls like this one appealing to Disney enthusiasts and completionists building the set.
