Card Notes
The Card.Fun Disney 100th Anniversary Carnival Series marked a significant moment in modern trading card collecting, celebrating Disney's centennial milestone with a playful, nostalgic approach. Released in 2023, this Chinese-produced set captured collector enthusiasm during a period when licensed Disney cards remained relatively scarce in the secondary market. The carnival theme brought a lighthearted energy to the hobby, blending traditional card aesthetics with contemporary artistic interpretation. This sketch card presents Mickey Mouse, Disney's iconic character, rendered in a hand-drawn style that distinguishes it from standard printed releases. The UR designation indicates ultra-rare status within the set, making it particularly sought after by Mickey enthusiasts and Disney card collectors who appreciate original artwork interpretations over photography or CGI-based designs.
