The Weiss Schwarz Pixar set arrived in 2022 as part of the trading card game's expanding collaboration with major entertainment franchises. These Japanese-language releases introduced anime-style interpretations of beloved characters to the TCG community, blending Pixar's storytelling with the game's strategic deck-building framework. The set became notable for bringing Western animation properties into a format traditionally dominated by anime and manga properties. This card captures Buzz and Zurg in a pivotal moment, bringing together the protagonist and antagonist in a single frame. Collectors are drawn to cards featuring character relationships and dramatic pairings, as they represent key story beats from the films. The artistic rendering on this card reflects the distinctive style that makes Weiss Schwarz crossovers appealing to fans seeking cards that honor both the source material and the TCG's visual identity.
